We're a youth-led association in Monóvar, Alicante. Since 2023 we've helped more than 200 young people a year take part in international training courses and youth exchanges, building skills for work, wellbeing, inclusion and a more sustainable life.
DOT Projects is a youth-led association founded in 2023 in Monóvar, Alicante. We design and run projects that give young people the chance to learn by doing, at home and abroad.
Our work spans sustainability, inclusion and gender equality, employability, wellbeing and financial literacy. We use non-formal education and international mobility, and we work hand in hand with local people, schools and universities.

Youth exchanges and training courses we coordinated in Alicante, and the cooperation partnerships we have joined since 2026. The most recent ones first.
DT-TSS creates a sustainable and inclusive approach to industrial thermal spraying, promoting resource efficiency and waste reduction in vocational training. Led by ISIM Timișoara, the partnership updates the European guideline for thermal spraying specialists, develops interactive e-learning modules and trains VET teachers in digital and green skills, with DOT Projects leading dissemination and stakeholder engagement.
Youth Inclusion Through Sport develops, tests and disseminates a European methodology of youth work through inclusive sport for young people with disabilities. Coordinated by the municipality of Vila do Conde, the partnership runs a participatory diagnosis in Portugal and Ukraine, trains youth and sport practitioners, implements pilots in both countries and delivers an open digital toolkit that municipalities and organisations across Europe can adopt.

DOT Projects is a partner in DT-TSS, a two-year Erasmus+ vocational training partnership led by ISIM Timișoara. DOT will lead dissemination and the national workshop in Spain.

Each year we help more than 200 young people take part in training courses and youth exchanges, and we run at least three international training courses of our own. Our projects connect non-formal education with formal education, working alongside schools and universities so what young people learn abroad comes home with them.
